Dave and his wife, Belinda, are the corps officers of the Mackay Corps where they help those in their community find freedom, belonging and purpose. Before this, he spent 10 years working as a primary and secondary school educator. Dave has a heart for seeing young people given opportunities to thrive and understands how to foster good relationships between schools and faith communities.
John Marion

John has worked with young people for over 15 years in local, state, and national roles. This has included leading respite camps for foster children, training youth workers, producing resources and consulting with churches and services about their work with young people. He is currently engaged in research regarding young people, belonging and participation and is part of the National Youth and Young Adults Team.

Josh has over 15 years' experience of youth work in schools and church ministry with a focus on mentoring young people through individual appointments, intergenerational programs and leadership development opportunities. He has a passion for small groups and also has experience in behaviour management strategies when working with challenging young people.

Scott has over 20 years' experience working with young people in various capacities, including youth pastoring, teacher aiding, running youth development programs in schools, leading worship teams and serving on divisional and territorial youth teams.
