James has worked in a variety of settings with young people, including in the child protection system, as a youth pastor and in outdoor education. He currently serves as the resource coordinator for the National Youth and Young Adults Team.

Lincoln has almost 20 years experience in youth and young adults ministry, including as a school chaplain, youth and young adults pastor, state youth events coordinator and currently as part of National Youth and Young Adults Team. This experience has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of the practicalities of running a front line youth and young adult ministry as well as developing and empowering leaders.
