John has worked with young people for over 15 years in local, state, and national roles. This has included leading respite camps for foster children, training youth workers, producing resources and consulting with churches and services about their work with young people. He is currently engaged in research regarding young people, belonging and participation and is part of the National Youth and Young Adults Team.

Josh has over 15 years' experience of youth work in schools and church ministry with a focus on mentoring young people through individual appointments, intergenerational programs and leadership development opportunities. He has a passion for small groups and also has experience in behaviour management strategies when working with challenging young people.

Maria is a proud Pitjantjara woman who has worked in Aboriginal health for 18 years with youth in a peer support group focused on empowering them to take their place and become leaders within their communities. She is passionate about sharing her culture, language and knowledge about things that are important to Aboriginal people, sharing their stories so the wider community can learn and have an understanding of the issues that have affected them.
